ResQ is an immobilisation and rescue device aimed at solving current gaps in SLSA training and assistance techniques. The integrated device can replace two Surf Life Saving Australia products and ensure that correct immobilisation is on hand when it is required, at the site of the accident.

ResQ assists lifesavers with the retrieval and transportation of suspected spinal cord injury victims from the site of the accident through to the arrival of paramedics. ResQ has two main components the rescue tube and cervical immobilisation collar. This in turn will assist in the reduction of injuries that occur after the initial accident and provide the victim with the very best care provided by the volunteer lifesavers.
