2007 › BEE › Bachelor of Built Environment (Architectural Studies) The design for the ATC Helensvale centres on the idea of interweaving two different threads together to form the fabric of the College.
These two threads represent the practical and theoretical aspects of the education provided by the College. The nature of these two educational elements – equally important and yet almost opposite – set up a duality in the organisation of the built environment with practical teaching spaces running east-west and theoretical elements oriented north-south. Communal student spaces are then crated at the intersections of these threads. Project Team
