The proposed office, retail and recreation building along Wickham Street is designed to integrate into the future rail capping by being able to ‘grow’ into the landscape, thus creating intimate spaces and an urban playground. The design improves access to transport nodes for pedestrians by creating new thoroughfares and laneways.

The building forms an extension of the Valley, allowing user exploration of spaces internally and externally. The structure of the building provides increased landscaping which is integrated into its roof form. The building sits amongst the Valley context by reflecting its textural vernacular whilst not imposing on the lines of the street.
