In responding to a brief of sustaining the creative economy and community in West End, RUCKUS actively worked with the concept of NOISE to develop the RESISTANCE IS FERTILE project.

Conceived as a masterplan, the project presents a design framework aimed at catalyzing change in the wider community. This is achieved by tackling core social and environmental issues stemming from our consumption driven lifestyles.

The project articulates a vision that utilizes the noise emanating from West End’s historical, social political and economic culture of resistance, while the design graphic reinforces the key themes of NOISE and RESISTANCE.
